who is hauer?  as director of the nyc oem he built a crisis center on the 23rd floor of wtc7.  it opened in 1999.  all prior emergency preparedness was conducted at one police plaza.  of course during nine eleven the 23rd floor was not being operated by the oem.  it wasnt occupied by the usual staff.  on nine eleven the oem was relocated to pier 92 on the west side.  relocated because fema had previously scheduled a drill for the day after nine eleven.  a drill.  an exercise.  a mock bioterrorism attack.  a drill scheduled for the day after nine eleven.  a drill that placed fema personnel in manhattan on the day of the attacks.  and of course the oem operations center was destroyed at 525 pm on nine eleven when wtc7 suddenly collapsed in its own footprint.

who is hauer?  he was john p oneills connection to the world trade center.  and who is oneill?  that is the question.  does his death matter.  of course and of course not.  oneill was chief of the fbi counterterrorism department from 1995 until 2001.  in 1997 he said terrorist cells not supported by or affiliated with any known government were operating within united states borders.  in 1997 he became one of the fbi agents in charge of counterterrorism and national security in the new york bureau offices.  in 1998 oneill became obsessed with osama.  and then enters the cia and the bin laden issue station.  in 1999 he delivered one his staff to work along the cia in the bin laden unit.  the station chief of the unit wanted oneills agent in the field.  oneill wanted his agent feeding him information about what the cia was doing with the information they collected about osama.  the cia unit discovered that two of the would-be nine eleven hijackers of flight 77 were arriving in the united states with visas.  oneills agent mark rossini then attempted to relay the information back to oneill at the fbi but was prevented from doing so.  he was told by cia brass that he would be breaking the law.

these are all favors bribes and paybacks.  retributions.

in 1995 the caballers warned of a new breed of sunni islamist terrorist.  this was in response to growing data and intelligence on islamic extremism in the wake of the 1993 wtc bombing.  they said the white house and capitol were both at risk.  neither were struck on nine eleven.  they never mentioned osama.  they finally updated their intelligence in 1997 when they referred to bin laden and his followers.  there was still no mention of al qaeda.  the 1997 intelligence update was the final estimate on terrorism conducted in the pre-nine eleven world.

and there is also michael scheuer.  he created and served as chief of the cias osama unit at the ctc.  he said oneill and richard clarke were the two principal authors of september 11.  he said they thwarted cia intelligence pinpointing the whereabouts of osama prior to nine eleven.  scheuer said clarke and oneill both refused offers to have osama assassinated.  scheuer said oneill was only interested in furthering his own career.  he said oneill once said why would the fbi help to capture bin laden if the bureau wont get credit among americans for his arrest and conviction?

no one understands why there is more matter than anti-matter in the universe.
